Skype for Business for End-User

Introduction

This half-day training will allow you to use Skype For Business in order to find someone, send IM (instant messages), make audio and video calls, set up and attend meetings. Attendees will be able to take the training in face-to-face or in tutored E-Learning. (1h15 getting started with the tool with a certified trainer)
Then attendees will continue, at their own pace, their E-Learning training courses, while asking question to a trainer at their disposal.
In a second time, they will follow alone, at their own pace, the chosen training, while practicing with exercises.

Audience

This course is intended to people who wants to be more at ease with Skype For Business, in order to make calls or to share their desktop with colleagues.

Prerequisites

Before attending this course, participants should have basic knowledge on Microsoft Outlook or have already used an instant chat software
