Course : Script .Net PowerShell: Advanced (PWA)
Description
This course, led by an instructor and spread over 2 days, allows the participants to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to manage a network with Microsoft Windows PowerShell.
The objective of this course is to learn to maintain and manage a network using the power of PowerShell scripting and the .NET framework.
Audience
This course is designed for information technology professionals who have followed the PowerShell introduction course and who need to learn to administer a network with PowerShell.
At course completion
At the end of the course, participants will be able to perform the following tasks with PowerShell:
- Administer local user accounts
- administer Active Directory user accounts
- create, modify, move Active Directory objects
- use Exchange Management Shell (Exchange 2007)
- create accounts mailboxes with EMS
- maintain and administer Exchange 2007 with EMS
Prerequisites
Participants should have followed the introductory PowerShell course.

Module 3: Administration of Active Directory
Module 4: Organizational Units Management
Module 5: Groups Management
Module 6: Automating the creation of Active Directory objects through scripts
Module 7: Presentation of Exchange Management Shell
Module 8: Mailboxes accounts management
Module 9: Managing the public record with EMS
Module 10: Automating Exchange 2007 through scripts
Both courses, software, documentation and exams are given in french or english.
