Project Management Institute provides a course that is split into 9 Knowledge Areas to let participants master these 9 dimensions of Project Management.
Audience
This course is intended for all IT professionnals who want to be able to obtain their Project Management Professional (PMP® certification).
At course completion
After completing this course, students will be able to:
- Understand all required tools to successfully manage a project
- Cover the whole lifecycle of a project using a case study
- Become certified Project Management Professional (PMP® examination)
- You can give evidence of 35 hours of training formation in project management (35 PDU)
